We, people from Vím, co jím, have put our heads together with specialists in nutrition, exercising and mental well-being and the fruit of our labour is the “Aktivně a zdravě” (Actively and Healthy) mobile app that will provide you with fitness challenges and will be your personal trainer as well as a guide. For each completed challenge, you earn points that you can then use to win amazing prizes.

Join in and see for yourself that even in times of restrictions you can live a healthy life and be fit. Do not be afraid that we will starve you with diets or exhaust you with miles of jogging. You will learn many interesting and simple tips that actually really work. We have also prepared some great recipes!
